Terms of Service

By using Riseclub services (transport, freight forwarding, warehousing, 3PL, last‑mile delivery) you agree to these terms. We supply logistics services under accepted orders, quotes and our standard terms which govern liability, pricing, insurance and performance.

  • Service agreements form the contract and may reference additional schedules.
  • All bookings are subject to availability, carrier conditions and applicable laws.
  • Rates quoted exclude duties, taxes and third‑party charges unless stated.

Privacy & Data handling (Australia)

We collect and process personal data necessary to provide logistics services, manage shipments, comply with customs and invoicing, and to improve operations. Riseclub handles data in accordance with Australian privacy principles and our privacy policy.

Data handling

Liability, Consumer rights & Limitations

We limit liability to the extent permitted by law. Nothing on this page excludes or restricts your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) which provides statutory guarantees where applicable.

For commercial clients our liability for direct loss is limited to proven direct damages and in many cases capped to the value of the shipment or fees paid for the affected service, subject to applicable mandatory law.

If you are a consumer, you retain rights under the ACL including guarantees as to due care and skill, fitness for purpose and that services will be provided within a reasonable time. These rights cannot be excluded.

Claims for loss or damage should be notified immediately and in writing. Time limits for claims vary by transport mode and are governed by applicable conventions and domestic laws; see your service terms.

Intellectual property & Brand use

All Riseclub content, branding, logos and site materials are protected by intellectual property rights. You may not use our brand or imply affiliation without prior written consent.

Requests for trademark or logo use should be submitted in writing to Riseclub@outlook.com.
